Knightguard^TM Security Roller Grille is the ideal solution where a strong barrier is required while still allowing both airflow and passers-by to window shop.

Knightguard^TM Security Rollergrille is typically suited for shop fronts, shopping complexes, bars, counters and foyers.

"Compact Roll" Axle

Knightguard^TM Rollergrille's "compact roll" axle system creates minimum roll diameters and unlike other systems, allows installations where headroom is restricted.

Manual or Motorised Operation

As standard the Knightguard^TM Security Rollergrille is operated manually. To facilitate lifting we fit torsion springs inside the axle. On larger roller grilles we may suggest the motorised option.

Tubular electric motors can be fitted and concealed inside the axle in place of the torsion springs making opening and closing as simple as flicking a switch. Keyed electric switches are also available.

Side Guides

Knightguard^TM Security Rollergrille penetrates deep inside the strong extruded aluminium side guides to a depth of 40mm. This provides a strong anchor channel to form a stronger barrier.

Bottom or Mid Rails

As with all the Knightguard^TM range, the locking bars are housed inside an extruded aluminium section across the full width of the roller grille curtain. These can be positioned at the base or at waist-height for ease of operation.

Robust Curtain Construction

Knightguard^TM Security Rollergrille is manufactured with 13mm OD extruded aluminium tubes, connected by extruded aluminium links to give a brick pattern of 200mm x 61mm.

Finish

All visible metal components such as the curtain links, guides and locking bar are provided in clear anodised aluminium finish which can be optionally powder coated if required. Grey PVC spacers are fitted on the curtain only when the standard clear anodised finish is chosen as the spacers are not suitable for powder coating.

Pelmet boxes are avaiable that enclose the roll and provide a neat finished look.

Custom Built

Every installation is different so we custom build your Knightguard^TM Security Rollergrille for a perfect fit.

Matching "fixed panels" are also available. Ideal for situations where in-fill panels are required between roller grilles or as a fixed or removable panel in it's own right.
