Timber Doors and Timber/Aluminium Doors

Timber/aluminium window

Over 40 years of tradition, experience, innovation and fine quality European design and craftsmanship have resulted in the most prestigious timber and timber/aluminium double glazed windows and doors available on the market.

This unique range of doors and windows are constructed according to a patented assembly system that guarantees reliablity and high performance.

The figures speak for themselves: energy saving (thermal insulation) up to 48% and Noise level reduction (accoustic insulation) up to –40dB.

Suitable for residential and commercial projects, and ideally suited when building or renovating as each window and door is supplied with its own sub-frame.

Various models are available including Bi-fold, Sliding, Hinged, Hinged and Tilt, and Colonial style. Also available as an All-in-one Door and Roller Shutter assembly.

High quality Douglas Fir timber (fine grained Oregon) is used in the construction. An optional exterior aluminium finish enhances the appearance and makes the doors virtually maintenance-free. The aluminium can be powder coated to any colour to suit its surroundings.

Innovative features include a built-in retractable insect screen.

Superior Timber Door Frames

The modular timber door frame allows each timber piece to be completely impregnated and varnished prior to assembly. All areas of the timber are protected. This simply means the doors will last longer and saves you from having to varnish the doors prior to installation.

Spray booths ensure all areas of the timber completely treated and varnished before assembly of the door No more rotting joints on door frames as all the components are treated

Patented construction

The patented construction of the door

The assembly of the door is a unique patented system where the corner timber is joined by means of steel screws and nylon plugs rather than just glue, which is what inferior products normally use. Apart from making for a more sturdy construction it also means parts of the door frame can be replaced if damaged.

Step 1: Steel screws inserted Step 2: Nylon plugs inserted Step 3: The screw is tightened securely fastening the door frame

Load-bearing glass

The glass in the door is crush proof and designed as an integral part of the door frame structure. This means the common problem of a traditional door sagging, sinking and scraping is a thing of the past.
